The business goal
A profile site, an online store, a lead generator, an internal tool or an MVP each lead to a different scope.
A five-page brochure site, an online store with a product-update area, and an app with data, user accounts and its own operating workflows cannot share one price. NorvexSoft groups budgets by scope so you can place yourself before we get into detail.
Reference budgets
The tiers below are reference budget groups, not fixed quotes. A formal quote follows once NorvexSoft has settled the scope, the deliverables, the timeline, the hosting, and the support arrangement after handover. Dollar figures are approximate, converted at 26,000 VND to the dollar as of August 2026.
| Budget tier | Suits | Typical scope |
|---|---|---|
| Under US$400 (under 10M VND) | Landing pages, one-page sites, small interface changes, a very compact profile site | One clear goal, few pages, few features, no complex data system |
| US$400 - 1,200 (10 - 30M VND) | Company websites, service websites, a basic online store, a simple area for updating content | Several pages, a bespoke interface, basic content or product updates, a contact form |
| US$1,200 - 3,100 (30 - 80M VND) | Small web apps, dashboards, a basic data system, a mobile app MVP | Sign-in, data storage, a management area, many screens, a few simple integrations |
| From US$3,100 (from 80M VND) | An app with data and a management area, multi-role systems, line-of-business software, systems integration | Large scope, several user groups, data that matters, best delivered in phases |
Service groups
Each group below differs in scope and complexity, so the budget range differs too. These are typical ranges to place yourself against, not a quote for a specific project.
For a business that needs an official channel to present its brand, set out its services, take enquiries or sell online. Cost depends on the number of pages, the content, an area for updating content or products, SEO, forms and how bespoke the interface is.

For a product that needs sign-in, data, permissions, dashboards, processing workflows or internal operating tools. This is no longer a brochure site, so the user flows and roles need working through carefully.

For a website or app that needs to store data, manage content, handle user accounts, enforce permissions or integrate third-party services. This foundation helps the product run reliably, so it is priced in its own right rather than treated as a free extra.

For an app on the phone, with its own flows, user data, notifications, a management area, or submission to the App Store and Google Play. The more screens, roles, management areas and integrations an app has, the more it should be phased to keep the budget under control.

Cost drivers
Price does not follow the page count or the screen count mechanically. The eight factors below are what really decide the volume of work, and they are what NorvexSoft asks about before quoting.
A profile site, an online store, a lead generator, an internal tool or an MVP each lead to a different scope.
Every page or screen needs content, design, responsive work, testing, and sometimes logic of its own.
A bespoke interface, motion, dashboards, data tables, filters and proper error and empty states all cost more than a stock template.
If you need to update content, products, orders, users or reports yourself, the project needs an admin system on top.
Sign-in, accounts, synced data, APIs, backups and permissions all add to the timeline.
Payments, email, SMS, Zalo, maps, CRM, inventory, accounting and analytics each need their own configuration and testing.
SEO structure, metadata, structured data, a blog, multiple languages and speed work are all part of the scope.
Bug fixes, maintenance, backups, server monitoring, keeping up with new OS releases and adding features are running costs.
How quoting works
The goal, the kind of product, the features you have in mind, and a budget if you have one.
Questions about pages and screens, content, data, admin, integrations and the timeline you want.
What to build first, what to leave for later, and the minimum scope that gets you a usable product.
Line items, timeline, payment terms, what is handed over, and what is not included.
Once agreed, the project runs to clear confirmation milestones.
Cost transparency
These are paid directly to the service providers, not to NorvexSoft. Knowing them up front lets you budget the real total cost of ownership, rather than finding out once the project has started.
After handover
Warranty means fixing technical faults against the scope you signed off. Support means help using and running it. Maintenance is keeping the system going after that. Maintenance is chargeable, because it is work that happens every month.
| Project type | Fault warranty | Usage support | Maintenance after that |
|---|---|---|---|
| Landing Page | 7 days | 7 days | Optional |
| Company Website | 14 days | 14 days | Optional, by scope |
| Online Store | 14-30 days | 14 days | Quoted by scope |
| Web App / Backend | 30 days | 14-30 days | Quoted by scope |
| Mobile App | 30 days | 14-30 days | Quoted by scope |
After handover, NorvexSoft fixes technical faults within the agreed scope for 7 to 30 days depending on the project type. Requests for new features, changed flows, regular content updates or long-term maintenance are quoted separately before any work starts.
In every package
These eight do not depend on the package you pick. They are the floor: if something cannot be done within the scope, it is said out loud in the quote rather than quietly dropped.
FAQ
Because projects differ in goal, page or screen count, data, management areas, service connections and post-launch support. A fixed figure invites a misreading of the scope, and it is how a project ends up missing something important.
Yes. The reference budget tiers are published so you can place yourself before we talk. Once the scope is agreed, the formal quote states exactly what is included, what is charged separately, and what can wait for a later phase.
NorvexSoft can propose a smaller version that builds the most important part first. The aim is a product you can actually use, not cramming in features until the budget breaks.
A build quote normally includes a warranty period and initial support within the agreed scope. Long-term maintenance, regular updates, system monitoring and further development are quoted separately.
Those are running costs paid to third-party providers, not fees paid to NorvexSoft. NorvexSoft will advise on what to choose and state clearly which ones you need to have ready before launch.
Send a short description of the goal, the number of pages or screens, the features, the timeline you want, and a budget if you have one. NorvexSoft will help you settle a sensible scope before any formal quote.
